Pet Protect Co., Ltd, a manufacturer and distributor of pet care products, was established in 2015 to introduce products that can solve problems between people and their pets. Then in 2019, Pet Protect Food Co., Ltd. was established with the main business of manufacturing and selling pet food. The company's brands, such as "Kaniva" cat food, "Kasty" cat litter, and "Kanimal" pet supplies, have gained popularity in Thailand.

In this article, as a case study for utilizing UPR's Pallet rental service , we interviewed Mr. Nitipong, Managing Director of Pet Protect, about how the service was introduced and his impression of it.
“We find. We have designed new packaging boxes that are the perfect size to fit the pallets, which further improved the efficiency of transporting products and loading them onto trucks. Pet Protect takes the storage of pet food in its warehouses very seriously, taking care to ensure that all products are kept in perfect packaging. However, when transported by forklift, damage to the pallet itself and pet food products can easily occur, and the company had the following problems
